EXCELLENT stay at Queen's Gate

The apartment was clean, and we found EVERYTHING we needed. The staff at reception were friendly and helpful. The location is REALLY good. Kensington Gardens with Diana Memorial Playground is quite near, I see us returning.
The apartment had a long, dark corridor with rooms off it, which wasn't very cozy, it could be improved with better lighting. I felt the layout affected the overall ambiance. i wish there was more natural light.

The apartments are located in a VERY nice, quiet residential area. It is quite close to the metro station, museums, the palace and a park. I found the location to be convenient and safe.

The apartment had high ceilings and calm decor. The kitchenette was handy, especially with cereal, tea, and coffee provided. A washer and dryer with pods for washing was INCREDIBLY useful. the hairdryer worked great on thick hair.

There were numerous restaurants in walking distance, quite a bit of Italian. various cafés are nearby. I appreciated the variety of options, AND the quality of the food was generally high.

location is awesome to tube stations, woo hoo! i arrived super early, but they got my room ready fast. having cooking and washing stuff in the room was super helpful. i stayed for five nights, yippee!
housekeeping didn't clean everyday, only a few times each week. i really expected it daily.

i noticed there are several restaurants very close to the apartments. many offer different cuisines, super cool. guests have many choices for meals in the immediate area, yay!
